Good article….i started crossfit at 59 1/2 and at 63 still loving it. I am the oldest at my gym and in the beginning thought i had to keep up with everyone else. It took me awhile to realize i didn’t need to do that. I chip away at increasing my weights when weightlifting, when doing kettlebells or dumb bell work. If i have to scale, i scale,nothing wrong with it, still give it my all. Now i just need to work on establishing a love relationship with that assault bike. It’s a killer 😂😂
